Q: Where do you ship from?

A: We ship from our manufacturing factory or warehouse located in different states of India. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Q: Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?

  A: Yes.

Q: How long will it take for my items to arrive?

  A: It will usually take 3-7 business days for all orders to arrive.

Q: Is shipping really FREE?

  A: Yes, as a token of trust you have shown in us, we have decided to offer FREE shipping all over India.

Q: Do you provide refund or return in case I face any issue with the product?

  A. Yes, we have our simple 5 days Return & Refund Policy. Please read the Return and Refund policy on our website for more information.

Q: How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

  A: It will take usually  12 - 24 hours.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
